About David M. Menditto

Background and Education

David grew up in Wheaton, Illinois, close-knit community outside Chicago. He spent his summers playing baseball and swimming, and growing life-long friendships. After high school, David studied political science at Purdue University, graduating with honors and distinction. He went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from the University of Illinois, where he graduated cum laude.

Professional Journey

David began his legal career as a litigator in Chicago before moving to Atlanta, where he joined Troutman Sanders (now Troutman Pepper), focusing on litigation. He later transitioned to Verizon Business as a transactional attorney, supporting their global services team and handling advanced security and managed services for clients worldwide.

In 2023, David founded Menditto Law, a firm built to serve a wide range of client needs. His practice spans commercial and real estate litigation, business torts, consumer protection, regulatory compliance, and banking disputes.

Life in Oklahoma

In 2021, David and his family settled in Bixby, Oklahoma, and have since embraced the community and its vibrant values. They now consider Oklahoma their home, enjoying the friendly atmosphere, strong values, and, of course, the state’s passion for football.
